Meet Jeff
Jeff has been in the "people" business for over 45 years and prides himself on integrity, loyalty, and persistent communication with his customers. He thrives on fun and devoted relationships. Jeff is always prepared to do what it takes to get the job done smoothly and professionally.
In 2010, after 35 years of service in the industrial tool business, he decided to pursue his passion for real estate. Jeff joined Realty Professionals and quickly rose to the top. He became a Platinum Club winner in 2016, 2017, and 2019.
A Bloomington native and Indiana University graduate, Jeff’s knowledge of Monroe County is unsurpassed. His mother’s family settled in Bloomington in 1821, which is one reason Jeff’s tag line is “jeffknowsbloomington”. The town holds a special spot in Jeff’s heart!
In 2021, Jeff explored commercial real estate and joined Millican Realty for a short time. He finished the year with sales of $36 million in combined residential and commercial transactions. In 2022, Jeff decided to get a brokerage license in the State of Florida, where he has a 2nd home. Now he concentrates on residential real estate in both states, holding licenses with Realty Professionals and John R Wood Properties.
Having owned 14 homes himself and having closed hundreds of transactions, Jeff has a strong understanding of the customer's needs. Whether it be a desired style, architecture, budgeting, floor plan placement, or staging, he’s got the solutions. Jeff's knowledge of construction quality, new design trends, and the value of investing makes him well-suited for a successful agent/client partnership.
